Speak with us…
With any of this you can if you wish, first speak directly with any member of staff, or ring us and ask to speak with one of our Administrators. Our usual office hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Office hours for Wednesday’s are 9.00am – 4.00pm. There is an answerphone service for out of hour’s calls.

We will always listen to, carefully consider and take account of everything you say. If you raise a concern, we will try to get back to you within 3 working days with an acknowledgement and initial response. It may take a little longer to fully consider what you have to tell us. If this is the case we will let you know how long it may take. Our aim will be to give you a full response within 10 working days. We aim always to be open, straightforward, transparent and fair.
If you are not satisfied with our response to anything we have told you, or if you would like to provide further thoughts or suggestions, you should send a further email to Jeanette on admin@urbanoutreach.co.uk . We have procedures in place to ensure what you have to tell us is carefully considered and responded to in a timely manner.
